Cyburr Online Magazine
The Cyburr is the online version of The Burr, Kent State's independent student magazine. Each semester one print edition is published, and with it, one unique online edition is also published. This Fall 2007 online edition deviated from the standard one or two-column setup of many news sites and blogs and was instead laid out like a horizontal print magazine. This gave many more opportunities for student photographers and illustrators to show their work in the online issue than they were afforded in previous online editions. This made the online edition more comparable to the photo-heavy print edition.
